The Church of God of Prophecy at West Babylon (WB, COGOP) will be a church that passionately worships the Lord. We will worship Jesus in Spirit and Truth with our gifts and abilities. We will bring glory, honor and praise to the King of Kings.
WB, COGOP will be a church where the lost, the hurting, the lonely, the depressed, the frustrated, the confused and the forsaken can find God’s Love, Peace, Hope, Forgiveness, Guidance and Encouragement.
WB, COGOP will be a church that develops spiritually-mature people through prayer, through the Holy Ghost anointed preaching, teaching and study of God’s word. We will create an atmosphere where people can discover their gifts and abilities. We will develop faithful and committed leaders who will reach out and minister in our church, to the community and to the world.
WB, COGOP will be a church that prays for our world and community and touch all with the good news of Jesus Christ. We will lead people to develop and maintain a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.Church of God of Prophecy.
WB, COGOP will be a church that will do its best to have adequate facilities and resources that can minister to the total person spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially through prayer and fasting - Reaching the unreached, Touching the untouched and Loving the unloved.
WB, COGOP will be a church that offers a warm welcome as a church family. We will treat one another with respect and kindness. We will learn and pray together and seek to live in Harmony, Peace and Love.
WB, COGOP will eventually be seen and known as the CHURCH OF LOVE.
